Sexual violence against children is a serious violation of human rights that has long-term physical, psychological, and social impacts. Although various laws and regulations exist, such as Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, in practice legal protection for child victims remains ineffective. This study aims to analyze forms of legal protection for child victims of sexual violence and sanctions for perpetrators based on applicable laws. The method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach. The results show that legal protection includes preventive and repressive measures such as education, assistance, law enforcement, and victim recovery. Sanctions for perpetrators are strictly regulated, but implementation still faces challenges such as low legal awareness and social stigma. Therefore, stronger roles of government and society are required to ensure effective protection for child victims of sexual violence.
