This research aims to determine the legal protection of the rights of workers who undergo termination of employment (PHK) and the legal remedies that can be pursued in the event of a dispute based on Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The research method used is normative juridical with inductive data analysis. The results indicate that legal protection for terminated workers includes the right to severance pay, service period appreciation pay, and rights compensation pay. However, there are procedural changes from Law No. 13 of 2003 to Law No. 11 of 2020 that raise concerns regarding unilateral termination, as the negotiation mechanism has shifted to a mere notification. Legal remedies for dispute resolution can be pursued through non-litigation channels (bipartite, mediation, arbitration) and litigation channels through the Industrial Relations Court.
