IMPLEMENTASI DATABASE UNTUK MANAJEMEN PERPUSTAKAAN MINI DI KAMPUS

Mini libraries on campus often face challenges in managing book data and loan transactions due to their manual system. This study aims to design and implement a relational database to improve the efficiency and accuracy of library data management. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method was used, including requirements analysis, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) design, MySQL implementation, and functional testing. The implementation results show that the designed database is capable of managing book, member, and loan transaction data more quickly, in a structured, and easily accessible manner, thus simplifying the data search and reporting process.
