Digital transformation encourages Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to integrate digital technology-based accounting information systems in business management. This study aims to analyze the integration of digital technology-based Accounting Information Systems (AIS) in improving operational efficiency and the accuracy of financial information at the Coffee Shop Chapter Space MSME. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews with business owners and managers, and supporting documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity tested through triangulation. The results show that the integration of digital technology-based AIS, such as the use of Point of Sale (POS) systems and digital payments, can improve operational efficiency by accelerating transaction processes, simplifying stock management, and providing real-time information. In addition, the accuracy of financial information increases through more systematic recording and reducing manual errors. However, the adaptation of human resources to digital systems remains a major challenge. This study concludes that the integration of digital technology-based AIS contributes positively to improving operational efficiency and the accuracy of financial information at MSMEs.
