STUDI PERENCANAAN HUBUNGAN LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DENGAN MASYARAKAT

Abstract

The relationship between Islamic educational institutions and the community plays a strategicrole in realizing quality, relevant education that is oriented towards shaping the characterof students. Planning this relationship is key to creating synergy between schools, families, andthe social environment, thereby creating a harmonious and mutually supportive educational ecosystem. This study aims to examine in depth how the process of planning the relationshipbetween Islamic educational institutions and the community is carried out, as well as theforms of partnership that are produced through a collaborative approach. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study analyzes the stages of strategic planning, which ianclude needsanalysis, goal setting, program development, and participatory evaluation of partnershipactivities. The results of the study show that systematic and participatory relationshipplanning can increase community involvement in the implementation of Islamic education, both in moral, material, and social aspects. In addition, community involvement has beenproven to strengthen public trust in Islamic educational institutions and contributetoimproving the quality of school management. Thus, collaboration between Islamiceducational institutions and the community is not only a functional necessity but alsoanintegral strategy in realizing holistic, competitive, and character-building Islamic education.
