A community service program has been implemented at SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung. The process of situation analysis and problem identification with the service partners was carried out on November 11, 2025. Based on the situation analysis process, the community service found that the entrepreneurship subject activities at SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung still needed adjustments related to the business details that must be built when establishing a business. Because of this need, we as community service providers responded to this by providing assistance with entrepreneurship learning methods using the business model canvas method. The purpose of implementing this community service program is to provide knowledge and improve teachers' skills in creating new businesses that will later be applied in entrepreneurship subjects at SMA Negeri 14 Bandar Lampung. In this community service, the community service providers will provide assistance to teachers in using the Business Model Canvas method. Through this community service program, it is hoped that entrepreneurship subject teachers can apply it during the teaching and learning process.
